Copyright & Content Complaints
RomeKings · Effective August 13, 2026
RomeKings respects copyright, neighboring rights, translation/subtitle rights, and other intellectual-property rights. This page explains how rights holders can report content they believe is unauthorized or otherwise infringes their rights.
This policy is intended to provide a clear content-complaint process for RomeKings users, creators, rights holders, and platform reviewers. It is not a statement that every RomeKings notice is governed by United States DMCA procedures. Where a specific law applies, RomeKings will handle notices, removals, disputes, and records in line with applicable legal requirements.
1. Content Ownership Expectations
Movies, series, artwork, music, subtitles, translations, dubbing, metadata, and promotional materials may be protected by rights owned by creators, studios, distributors, performers, translators, or other rights holders. RomeKings expects all content made available through the Service to be uploaded, streamed, translated, subtitled, linked, or distributed only where RomeKings or the relevant contributor has the necessary permission or lawful basis.
2. Unauthorized Content
RomeKings does not knowingly support unauthorized content. If we receive a complete and credible complaint, we may restrict access, remove the content, disable downloads, request additional proof, preserve records, contact relevant contributors or providers, or take other reasonable action while the matter is reviewed.
3. How to Submit a Copyright or Content Complaint
Email complaints to support@romekings.com with the subject line Copyright Complaint. You may also use the Contact / Support page if email is unavailable.
To help us review your complaint, include:
- Your full name and organization, if applicable.
- Your email address and another reliable contact method, if available.
- The title of the movie, series, episode, translation, subtitle, artwork, or other content you are reporting.
- The RomeKings URL, app location, screenshot, or other details that identify where the content appears.
- A description of the copyrighted work or other rights you believe are infringed.
- A statement that you own the relevant rights or are authorized to act for the rights holder.
- Evidence of ownership or authorization where available, such as a contract reference, release information, registration, authorization letter, or official website/profile link.
- A good-faith statement that the reported use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or applicable law.
- A statement that the information in your complaint is accurate.
4. Review and Removal Procedure
RomeKings will review submitted information and may ask for more details if the complaint is incomplete, unclear, or appears abusive. Depending on the complaint and available evidence, RomeKings may remove or restrict the content, disable access while investigating, restore content if the complaint is withdrawn or not supported, or keep records needed for rights, security, fraud prevention, or legal/accounting reasons.
5. Counter-Notices and Disputes
If content you provided or manage was removed or restricted because of a copyright complaint and you believe the action was mistaken, email support@romekings.com with the subject line Copyright Dispute. Include the content title, the action you are disputing, your contact details, your explanation, and evidence that you have rights or authorization. RomeKings may request additional information before restoring content or may require the parties to resolve the dispute directly.
6. Repeat Infringement
Where appropriate, RomeKings may suspend or terminate accounts, upload access, contributor access, or other service access for users or contributors who repeatedly provide unauthorized content or repeatedly abuse rights-management processes.
7. False, Abusive, or Fraudulent Claims
Do not submit false, misleading, automated, retaliatory, or bad-faith complaints. Abusive notices may be rejected and may result in limits on future complaint handling, account action, or other remedies available to RomeKings or affected parties.
8. Relationship to Other Policies
This page works together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Account and Data Deletion page. Information submitted in a complaint may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Needs Owner Input
RomeKings should confirm whether it has a specific registered business name, rights-management representative, legal mailing address, or dedicated copyright contact. Until confirmed, complaints should be sent to support@romekings.com.
