RomeKings Account and Data Deletion

Use this page to delete your RomeKings account or request deletion of app data, even if you no longer have the Android app installed.

Delete in the Android app

1. Open the RomeKings app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Read the consequences, confirm with your password when required, and submit.

What deletion does

• Revokes mobile authentication tokens.
• Prevents future sign-in to the deleted account.
• Removes direct account identifiers such as name, username, email, phone, password hash, and verification tokens where technically possible.
• Ends active app subscription access for the deleted account.

What may be retained

RomeKings may retain limited payment references, subscription dates, transaction status, server logs, support messages, and security/accounting records when needed for fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, tax/accounting, or service security. Offline files stored on your device should be removed from the app before deletion or by uninstalling/clearing app storage.
