1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RomeKings website, Android app, APIs, streaming features, or related support channels (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

RomeKings provides a movie and series streaming service with translated, subtitled, or curated entertainment content. Some content and features require an account and an active subscription. Content availability, title selection, formats, and features may change over time.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

RomeKings is a general entertainment service and is not directed to children under 13. If local law requires parental consent for your use of online entertainment services, you should use RomeKings only with a parent or guardian's permission. To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current account information.
  • Keep your password, device, and session secure.
  • Be responsible for activity under your account.
  • Notify support if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

4. Subscription and Payments

RomeKings currently supports daily, weekly, and monthly subscription access on the website and backend. Available payment methods may include Mobile Money through Yo! Payments and card or hosted checkout through Flutterwave. The Android app distributed through Google Play is intended for existing-subscriber access unless and until RomeKings implements Google Play Billing or another approved Play billing option.

  • Subscription access starts after payment is confirmed by RomeKings or the payment provider.
  • Current plan durations are 1 day, 7 days, or 30 days, depending on the selected plan.
  • Current backend payments are not described as automatic renewals; access expires when the paid period ends unless another payment is made.
  • Failed, pending, duplicate, or disputed transactions are handled as described in the Billing & Refund Policy.
  • Payment providers may apply their own rules, verification steps, delays, or dispute procedures.

5. Content Access and Use

RomeKings content is provided for personal, non-commercial viewing through the Service. Your subscription grants access during the active subscription period; it does not transfer ownership of any movie, series, translation, subtitle, artwork, software, or related rights. You agree not to:

  • Copy, redistribute, sell, publicly display, rebroadcast, or upload RomeKings content without permission.
  • Record, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass access controls, subscription checks, download limits, or security systems.
  • Use automated tools to access, copy, test, or overload the Service without permission.
  • Use RomeKings content or branding in a way that violates law or third-party rights.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
  • Transmit malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the Service's operation.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or authority.
  • Abuse support, payment, copyright complaint, or deletion request channels.

7. Intellectual Property and Content Complaints

The RomeKings name, app, website, software, designs, and platform materials are owned by or licensed to RomeKings. Movies, series, translations, subtitles, artwork, music, and other content may belong to RomeKings, content partners, creators, or other rights holders. If you believe content on RomeKings infringes your rights, use the Copyright & Content Complaints page.

8. Account Suspension, Termination, and Deletion

RomeKings may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these Terms, threatens service security, creates payment or fraud risk, or infringes rights. You may request account deletion in the Android app or through the public Account and Data Deletion page. Deletion removes direct account identifiers where possible and ends app access, while limited payment, security, legal, or accounting records may be retained where necessary.

9. Service Changes and Availability

RomeKings works to keep the Service available, but streaming and downloads may be affected by internet access, device compatibility, provider outages, maintenance, rights restrictions, payment-provider delays, or content updates. We may change, remove, or replace features or titles when needed for operations, rights, security, or product reasons.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided as available and without a guarantee that every title, feature, stream, download, or provider connection will always work without interruption. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RomeKings is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms when the Service, payment model, app distribution, rights handling, or legal requirements change. Material updates will be reflected on this page by changing the effective date.
